The Discount London Price Guarantee
At Discount London we guarantee to have low prices:
- Daily price checks
- If you find the same tour or activity sold for less, we will refund the difference
Book with Discount London for Low Prices
In the unlikely event that we haven’t given you the best price then we guarantee that if you find exactly the same tour, trip, activity at a lower price for the same tour or activity offered by the same operator (priced in the same currency) within 72 hours of booking, send the details to us and we'll refund the price difference. Please note the quoted price must be valid for a period of 3 months. The only exceptions are Eurostar, show, concert, event or theatre tickets. All you need to do is tell us the following:
- Where you saw a cheaper price:
- Your Discount London booking reference
- Your address
- Proof of lower price – web link or screen shot
- And send to: info@discount-london.com
- Discount London reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Discount London.
- Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking. Please note: Discount London will only process one "Low Price Guarantee" refund per tour or activity purchased.
