A Great hop on hop off bus in London. These buses were regular and the staff were very friendly. We we're on a diverted routes, but this was due to the London marathon. Using the app was very helpful and constantly up to date. We loved the Jack the ripper tour, it was on foot which is great if you like walking, it took about 1h45mins. The guide Julia was amazing, her facts and knowledge of the area was exceptional, we loved this tour. Would definitely book again when we return to london
