Have never used this website before but got great value for our money , got vouchers straight to email and could either print them out or download them onto phone, will definitely recommend and will be using them again for our next London visit . Really good value if you manage to get everything done! We missed out on a couple of things due to abnormal travel delays in the city centre but Kim from the Hospitality Line was excellent in her communication with us. Very happy with the service and will definitely book again with Discount London!

Had no problems at all. Missed out on the free boat trip as it didn't say clearly that you get a free boat trip wit big bus pass.

It was a rather comfortable experience. We had pre-booked tickets for 6 attractions and it all worked out fine. We encountered queues only at Madame Tussauds an the London Eye (approx 1 hour for each), but that was as much as you would anyway have to wait, if not less. Tower of London, Tower Bridge exhibition and the London original tour with the Thames cruise were very good and we got easy access. Make sure you take the prints of the bookings.

It was very convenient and easy. Depending upon what you want to see the discounts are great. I bought the gold package as I had plans to see the 3 main things in it. The price I paid for the gold package for only few £££'s extra and I got to experience 3 additional things which my family enjoyed as well which I would have otherwise missed. In all it was a great find. The tickets arrived in 30 minutes in email. Just few things to take care as you have to give dates when you order plan for only one or max 2 things in a day. Also I reached those activities early. There was no problem at all at any place. Just follow the instructions on each ticket.

Hi, all staff excellent, company first class, all attractions were fab and not a lot of waiting time. Only one thing which was hard for us and i mean only 1...we had a one day ticket but were given 48 hours so a lot to do in that time and we didn't stop... Up and out by 8.00 to catch first bus.. Ok problem... The roads r so busy and it took so long to get around. We waisted loads of time. I said it was a problem but not your's or mine. We are in London and heavy traffic is par for the course. Road works didn't help. (We were told about that so no worries) Like i said in the begining, all out of your control but we had to run to get were we wanted. So, so slow. Drivers were fab and very profesional and the tour guides. Thank you we had great fun.
