1. The Prize Draw will close at 23:59 GMT on 30th April 2018 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date. 

2. Discount London whose registered office is Royal Parade Mews, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 6TN is the promoter of the London Gold Bundle Sightseeing Pass prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). 

3. By entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. Discount London reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards Discount London and the Prize Draw. 

4. Employees of Discount London or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families) are excluded from entering the Prize Draw. 

5. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges) and on the basis of one entry per person. The Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 16 years or over at the date of entry. 

6. In order to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, entrants must complete the relevant data entry fields for the Prize Draw by clicking on the Prize Draw entry link available: 

 (i) via page http://www.discount-london.com/confirm-newsletter-opt-in 

 (ii) on the Discount London accounts on the following social media platforms: (a) Facebook; (b) Twitter; (c) Instagram; (d) via any other method of entry which Discount London makes available. 

7. Subject to paragraphs 8 and 9 the prize will consist of an e-mailed e-voucher ticket for 2 adults and 2 children worth over £300. This e-voucher needs to be printed and presented when you visit 

8. Discount London reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of a similar nature at any time. 

9. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

10. The ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/voucher/discount/experience 

11. The sale of tickets on third party websites is strictly prohibited 

12. The winner will be the first person selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date (the “Winner”). The Winner will receive a Prize. 

13. Only the Winner will receive notification from Discount London. The Winner will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. Following the draw, the Prize will be e-mailed the Winner in the form of an e-voucher that need to be printed. 

13. The Winner (or the Winner’s parent or guardian if the Winner is under 16 years of age) will be required to give their consent to the following: (i) for their name to be disclosed to any person requesting that Discount London confirms the identity of the Winner; and (ii) for their name and/or photograph to be published for promotional purposes. 

14. If Discount London cannot successfully contact the Winner within a reasonable length of time, or if the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, or if the Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or if the Winner (or the parent or guardian of the Winner if the Winner is under 16 years of age) does not provide the consent requested at paragraph 13 above, subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able, willing and eligible to accept the Prize and provide the necessary consents. This new winner shall be deemed to be the Winner for the purposes of these Conditions. 

15. Subject to paragraphs 13 and 14 above, details of the Winner will be made available to the public upon request from Discount London, Royal Parade Mews, Chislehurst, Kent, BR7 6TN two weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation). 

16. Discount London reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. 

17. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. By entering the Promotion, you agree and consent to Discount London’s collection, use and retention of your personal information for all purposes related to the Promotion (including, but not limited to, processing and administering entries, sharing an entrant’s personal information with Discount London’s service providers and contractors necessary to conduct and operate the Promotion, communicating with and awarding prizes to winners, making public announcements about winners, and advertising, promoting and publicizing the Promotion)
