The first time I came across this website I was very surprised to see huge discounts on the tour packages, nowhere else did I see such discounts. After seeing all positive reviews I took a leap of faith made the booking just couple of hours before we traveled to London. We had booked for London Eye and Tower Bridge exhibition and there was no issue at all at both the places. Everything went so smoothly. As it was Sunday when we went, the queue was also less as compared to other days. Thank you 'Discount-London' for providing the tickets with such huge discounts.
Points to remember before you go:
1. Most Important, Dont forget to carry the printout of voucher (as advised by the website as well).
I had not taken the printouts and at London Eye the staff asked me to get them. It would cost you £3 to get a print at nearest stationary shop next to Waterloo station.
2. Sometimes the voucher is sent bit late on the email, but you can always download it directly from the website.

My partner and I often work in London, but never take time off to enjoy the sights, so we were really pleased that we did this February with the value for money London Eye and Tower Bridge deal, thanks to Discount London. The tickets issued via email may be the only issue for some travelers, as you need to print off copies that you then exchange at the venues for entrance tickets (so at busy times you may experience queues too!), luckily we travel with a mobile computer and a printer, so just be aware!
Other than that, we had a fabulous day out and would recommend the deals, in fact we are working next month in London and will be buying another deal whilst we are there from Discount London, we cant wait!! :-)
