Day out at the Zoo
Jen, 03/08/2014 (Mature Adults)
Great day out, fast tracked through great as there were quite long queues and with 2 young children last thing you want to do. Zoo still a place to keep children entertained all day, would take a picnic next time.

What a great day out, the tickets came just as expected within minutes to my email. The day we got to the zoo the tickets allowed us a fast track queue jump which was a bonus :) we'll recommended to everyone we had a great day the weather was complimentary to the day. Well worth the money check out the birds show while your there .

We visited on a Sunday and as we booked on this site we didn't have to queue to buy tickets. We took our 20 Month old with us and as under 3 he was free.
There was still so much for him to see and get involved in, we particularily liked the childrens zoo where you can pet goats and sheep.
The aquarium was also a big hit with my little one.
I would recommend taking a picnic as the food is a little pricey, there are lots of picnic benches or grass areas to sit for your lunch.
A fantastic dayout and we even incorporated a walk through Regents Park.
Great day out

Great day out for all ages - animals well looked after and plenty of space. Great to see there is obviously still a lot of investment in the zoo. First weekend of the school holidays and fantastic weather was expecting it to be crowded, but it really wasn't.

The zoo is not hard to find using public transport and perhaps a smartphone for direction, great day out for all ages, I went with my 2 year old daughter and the whole day was fun filled. Would recommend.
