Didn't need to stand in the queue as this ticket come with fast lane. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Information provided in the ticket was very easy to follow. Will definitely buy from discount London again.

Took my daughter to London Zoo for the bank holiday weekend. She absolutely loved it and the weather was also great to boot. Buying ticket from Discount London was a breeze, unfortunately quidco cashback is not tracking. No idea why.

The booking system couldn’t have been easier. I found discount-London through quidco and everything was straight forward. As it is an external vendor the agent at the counter at the zoo had to print my ticket out so I could sign it. However it was worth the extra few minutes wait.

My boyfriend was visiting from Switzerland and I decided to take him to the zoo. The weather was lovely and we spent our Saturday strolling through this awesome place. My third time at the zoo, never disappointed, weather was great. Perhaps food options could be better but can't really complain. Will certainly come back again.

Very happy with the service. It took less then five minutes. It makes a lot of difference when you book online as you do not have to stand in a queue, you just go through fast track pass.

Ok so I went to London zoo. The zoo it's self is nice. However I think I should of timed it better it was swamped with kids who are off for the holidays. However the service for buying the ticket was hassle free,cheap and convenient no queuing just walked straight in! Defiantly recommended.

The Zoo was a great day out for all the family (kids 5-15 years). Having arrived shortly after midday we had plenty of time to see everything without rushing or stressing, it was even easy to include most of the displays and feeding times. If we lived in London I would definitely get a season ticket for frequent short visits. As for Discount London booking service, easier and cheaper than the zoos own on line booking, Easy clear instructions and on the gate they recognised the voucher with on problems. I'm no I.T. expert but other than coming to my house and putting a ticket in my hand I can't see how you could improve your service.

Brilliant day out...few problems with paying by card in the restaurant but apart from that it was a brilliant day out.
