Overall, We were impressed with the quality of the wax works and the professional way that the staff dealt with us. from the door people to the cinema service and the till. Excellent customer service.
We could have done without the ride through London history, but I can see that it is maybe interesting for foreign tourists. The short film was okay, but not amazing. It was more about the effects which was over killed and detracted from the story line.
I really enjoyed the Star Wars and Marvel Comic displays. Although it was popular on a Saturday and we had to wait to have photos, it was worth it.
Would recommend it to friends.
PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons Madame Tussauds can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book directly with Madame Tussauds.
The ‘Spirit of London’ Taxi Ride is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible due to health and safety considerations.
Please present your voucher on arrival at London Zoo at the Pre-Paid Ticket Desk
