We absolutely loved this experience! The food was amazing, service impeccable and the cruise guide was hilarious! On the same cruise as us there were more couples, groups of friends and families, so it's for everyone. Could not recommend this more!

Service was excellent,as was the lunch. Only complaint was that having notified of my wife's food intolerance on the booking this was not passed on to the cruise. I gather this is a common occurrence.

Lovely way to see London away from the hustle and bustle.We were welcomed on board and shown to our reserved table by very friendly and attentive staff,the meal was two courses both of which were perfect what a lovely way to spend two hours on the great river Thames.Thank you to everyone who made this lunch perfect for us.

We had a lovely lunch the commentary was excellent the whole experience well worth the money. We are thinking of doing the afternoon tea next.
The staff were extremely helpful as we just got to the boat on time as there were problems on the tube.

I booked this lunch cruise as a treat for my mum as we were down in London for the week. From start to finish the service from all staff was excellent, It was efficient and all done with a smile and nothing was too much for any staff members. The food was also excellent quality and again came promptly. The commentary from the captain was also first class and very entertaining and informative, it did help that the weather was superb but all in all the staff made the experience one we shall both remember, thank you to everyone at city cruises for a brilliant cruise and the excellent customer service and experience you provide! 5 stars all round!!
