Wonderful experience. The food was excellent. The cruise was marvelous taking in so many of London's famous landmarks. The service during lunch was first class. The staff were quick with service, attentive and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. The commentary was very good when you could hear it. I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone, and have already done so to some of my friends on Facebook. The staff at discount bookings are also excellent. We had a minor problem getting our e ticket through in time for our cruise, and discount bookings staff went out of their way to help us, which was much appreciated.
Loved it from start to finish

It was really a lovely day from start to finish.
We were met by a member of the City Cruises and then guided to the boat, where we were greeted by the staff.
The tables were laid out so nicely and the service was faultless.
The lunch was very tasty and beautifully presented and not hurried in the slightest.
It was also so interesting listening to the commentary and learning about the sights of London, I thought I knew most of it.
It was so relaxing and the time went so quickly.
This was a birthday present for my friend and she absolutely loved it too.
Thank you so much.
May I make one suggestion, that a small glass of wine or soft drink could be included with the package.

We cannot believe how good this trip is.
The waiters and waitresses are all so friendly and efficient, the food was of a great standard.
The commentary describing the sites was just right, as sometimes it can be over the top on such trips, and was a mixture of informative facts and humour.
I would recommend this trip to anyone

We were Ladies who lunch with the bonus of the beautiful London scenery as a backdrop. The Captain's commentary was fun and informative. The food was Delicious and I can't wait for my next trip. Thank you to all the crew for giving us a day to remember.

Fantastic way to see the London sights whilst enjoying delicious food with great friendly service. Specific dietary requirements were catered for well and good quality food all round. It was our dad's 70th birthday treat and our party of 6 and 1 child were looked after well and we all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Thank you!

We chose the lunch cruise as a treat for our 25th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have been more pleased. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend the lunch cruise.
