A very enjoyable river cruise, staff extremely attentive and smartly dressed, food was really lovely and history given while sailing was spot on. only thing that was a shame is we did not get time to sit up top for 10 mins or so as coffee arrived just as we were pulling back in.

This is the second cruise I have done with City Cruises. they are excellent value and the meal is very good. The staff are very efficient and friendly, despite it being July school holidays and very busy. The only criticism I have on the second occasion was there was no
commentary. On my first trip we were invited to go on the top of the b oat whilst the commentary was on, or stay in the dining area, if it was too chilly. Luckily, some of our party lived in London so were able to tell us what the buildings/monuments were. Would not hesitate to recommend purchase of this experience though.

I booked a lunch time cruise and was not disappointed by the whole experience. From first boarding you are greeted by a friendly and very professional service team you are directed to your table and drinks are served.
Lunch meal was very tasty and well presented as it was my husbands birthday I mentioned to a member of staff and we weren't disappointed. They had placed a candle on a piece of dessert and all the staff and rest of the diners sang happy birthday my husband was gobsmacked so thank you to all on board city cruises for a superb service .

I chose a lunch cruise to meet up with a dear friend in London.
It was perfect for a relaxing lunch and lots of chatting!
Food and service was very good.
Our weather on the day was just right , but even with not such good weather it would still be a nice thing to do.
Very good value too!
We will definitely do it again and I can highly recommend City Cruises

This was a lunch cruise for myself, my husband, my 2 sons and their wives. We were welcomed on board very promptly and were all seated together. The main course was delicious and hot and served very promptly. The sweet was lovely. The views and route were very good. We thought the cruise was excellent and very good value for money. Many thanks.

Had a lovely time, the food was of good quality and tasted very good to, the staff was polite and friendly, the boat ride went well smooth trip. clean, tidy, well presented.

On the docking of the boat as a group of 7 we could only see table settings for 4 or 2, so we were really surprised and delighted with a long table at the head of the boat with the best views. The food and the service was excellent so well done all round. It made my 50th and my sons 18th birthday a memorable one. We will certainly be visiting again, 10 out of 10.

I was really lost looking for a gift for Valentine's Day which could be special and unforgettable for my partner, so I found City Cruises which was more than that! The cruise was amazing and the food spectacular. I really like wine and they have nice ones and good prices. The atmosphere and the view outside made my lunch such a special moment to appreciate my partner's company, our lives together and the amazing city. Those hours on-board will never be forgotten for sure. It was everything I expected when I decided to have a special cruise. I am really happy !
