The second time I'm attending the lunch cruise and it's been spectacular each time. Definitely worth the value of money spent as the event is great itself but the staff service is also to a high standard

Pleasurable couple of hours cruising along the Thames seeing all the sights. Food piping hot and no complaints regarding the taste or amount that is served. All in all a great experience, clean, friendly service from all members of staff would definitely recommend.

My sister and I had a very enjoyable lunch cruise. The food and service was excellent. The only negative was that the commentary wasn't very clear and didn't seem to match where we were on the river. However that didn't spoil the day as far as we were concerned.
60th Birthday Lunch

Wonderful journey along the Thames. We requested a window seat for my mum's 60th birthday and got a wonderful table at the front of the boat with 10 windows in total! Good food and inexpensive wine served onboard. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

4 female friends had lunch to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were then going on to the theatre. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - the food, the waiter service, the wonderful scenery appreciated from a different aspect. Members of our group are already planning to take a mother/ husband/ friend for a future trip/ birthday treat!

Beautiful meal and decor. Really enjoyable experience. Only complaints/comments are music should be a little bit louder on board and when the meals came out the windows steamed up so much you couldn't see out of them! Apart from these two minor things it was a really pleasant day out. Would definitely recommend.

What can i say, it was amazing. I have never been on a Thames Cruise before, so not sure what to expect, but will most definately be booking again based on this experience. From booking online to the end of the trip, excellent 1st class service. Super friendly staff and beautiful meal in classy surroundings. Top Notch Cruise and great way to see the sights along the Thames. Well Done!!

A friend and I met for lunch for the City Cruises lunchtime cruise last Sunday from Tower Pier. From start to finish it was a great success. The staff were very polite and friendly. The wine was well priced. Nice environment. The commentary was interesting and amusing. All for a most reasonable cost.
Would really recommend.
